It is with deep sorrow that the Shelley, Pannah, Sharper, Tombekai, Freeman, Fahnbulleh, Gooding families announce the passing of our beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend Noai Mai Pannah Shelley on July 12, 2025.
Noai Mai was a graduate of Temple University where she received a Bachelors in Biology. She also pursued advanced studies and received her Masters from Walden University in Public Health.

Noai Mai was a faithful servant at the various churches – including International Christian Fellowship in Atlanta, Ga; The Bridge Church in Linwood, PA and The Power Place Church in Kennett Square, PA. She was a blessing to so many and worked for the Lord in various ministries.
Noai Mai lived a selfless life and was a blessing to so many. Her caring personality, love for Christ, servant heart and generous spirit impacted the lives of many beyond her immediate family. She was loved by many and will be missed. May she rest in peace with her Lord Jesus Christ.
Noai Mai leaves to mourn and cherish her memories her husband, Royce Shelley, step-children Zoe and RJ, parents Patrick and Virginia Pannah Sr., her siblings, Patrick Pannah Jr (Ashley), Zena, Desiree, her aunts and uncles: Vicky Harris (Charles), Comfort Pearson (Ralph), Joanna
Carew, Lady Rennie (Carl), Roland Pannah (Josephine), her nieces, Siena and Selah, and a host of loving cousins, friends, relatives, church members and co-workers.
The celebration of her life and legacy will be held at The Power Place Church in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania on Saturday August 9, 2025.
