It is with great sadness that the Diggs & Cassell families inform you of the death of our beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend. Otis Edmond Diggs Jr. His untimely death occurred on Saturday, September 23, 2023. Otis was born in Manhattan, NY January 4, 1985. Although our hearts are saddened we find solace in knowing that he is at peace. Our lives and our world will never be the same without him yet and still a life so beautifully lived deserves to be celebrated. He leaves behind his children, Kyrah Gaines, Rashya Lovett. His father Mr. Otis Edmond Diggs, his mother Venette Mee-Mee Cassell. Otis was predeceased by his grandparents (father side) William H. Diggs & Susanna Newberry-Diggs. (mother side) Amos B. Cassell, Ernest V Palmer, Etta Dorley Palmer, Williette Page Palmer. He is survived by his siblings Edmond (TC) Diggs, Ottie Diggs- Antoine, Oteeven Diggs, Maya Diggs – Newby, Nikolas Diggs & Konah C. Parker. Please keep our family in your prayers. Otis also leaves behind many more relatives and close friends. May the soul of our dearly beloved son, father, brother, cousin and friend rest in peace and may his perpetual light shine upon him
