It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mr. Dennis Emil Chattah, Sr. This sad event occurred on Sunday, July 14, 2024.
Mr. Dennis Emil Chattah, Sr., was predeceased by his father, Mr. Marcus K. Chattah, his brother, Cllr. Robertlee T. Chattah, his sisters, Ms. Rhoda Chattah and Ms. Patricia Chattah and is mourned by his 96-year-old mother, Mrs. Evelyn Chattah, his wife, Dr. Lucia Greene Chattah (USA) and his siblings: Mrs. Tutu Chattah Cole, Mr. Napoleon T. Chattah, Mr. Solomon Chattah, Ms. Linda Chattah, Mrs. Comfort Chattah Kamara (USA), Mr. Calvin Chattah, Ms. Mary Chattah, Ms. Doris Chattah, Ms. Ruth Chattah, Ms. Celia Chattah and Mr. Konwolo Chattah. He is also survived by his children Dennis E. Chattah, Jr, Denise Emily Chattah (USA), Evelyn Chattah, Derek Gbamore, Laurina Siaway-Hoff, Johnette D. Horace and Eratus King Chattah. Twelve (12) grandchildren, along with many other relatives and friends.
The body of Mr. Dennis Emil Chattah, Sr., is deposited at the Alfred Butler Funeral Parlor.

WAKE KEEPING:
On the eve of the funeral, there will be a candlelight vigil in the New Georgia Estate from 6PM to 10 PM. On the eve of the funeral, everyone is encouraged to wear a T-Shirt bearing the photo of the deceased, which can be obtained at his house in New Georgia West Estate.
FUNERAL SERVICES:
Friday, August 2, 2024, 10 AM, at New Georgia Baptist Church
The interment will be at the Gates of Heaven Cemetery in Bentol, Liberia.
MEMORIAL SERVICE:
A Memorial Service in the Maryland area (USA) is scheduled for August 24, 2024. Further details will be provided as soon as possible.
