It is with profound sadness that we, the Barclay & Bright family, announce the homegoing of our beloved Son, Brother, Nephew, Uncle, Cousin, Mr. Alexander Varney Barclay Jr. The event occurred on Thursday, December 22, 2022, at Beth Israel Medical Center in Newark, NJ.
Alexander leaves to mourn and cherish his precious memories his father Alexander Varney Barclay Sr., siblings: Lucinda Scotland, Alexzine Holley (Shaylin), Wellington Williams, Augustus Rocky Barclay, nephews: Saud Holley, Saleh Holley, nieces: Dahlia Holley, Jenesis Barclay and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives in Liberia, London, Canada, Ghana, Sierra Leone, USA and friends.
He predeceased by his mother: Mrs. Augusta Bright Barclay, grandparents: Mr. & Mrs. Rocky Barclay, Mr. & Mrs. John Augustus Bright Sr., uncles: Phillip Barclay, Joseph Barclay, John Augustus Bright Jr., and nephew: Malik D Jones Jr.
Words cannot express the tremendous void that is left in our hearts as a result of his passing. We will cherish Alexander’s memory and rejoice in knowing that he is resting in everlasting peace with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
