It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that the Dennis, Marks, Tamba, Washington, and Goba families announce the untimely passing of our dearly beloved son, grandson, brother, cousin, nephew, and friend, Charles Sotee Dennis, Jr., affectionately known as “Tupee.”
Tupee passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026, in Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
Tupee was kind, talented, humble, and down to earth. He was truly a people’s person, loved deeply by his family, cherished by his friends, and remembered for the warmth and light he brought into every space he entered. He also had a deep passion for music and a unique love for fashion, always expressing himself through his style and creativity. His presence will be profoundly missed, and his memory will forever live in our hearts.
He is survived by his loving mother, Kpini B. Marks; his father, Charles Sotee Dennis, Sr.; his beloved sister, Sata Elizabeth Dennis; and a host of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who deeply mourn his loss.
