With deep sorrow we announce the sudden passing of our loving mother Barbara Jolokleh Toe.
Barbara leaves to mourn her children, Romeo P. Toe, Sherman Toe, Ruth Toe Johnson, Faith-Joy Toe Richardson and Kebbeh Franklin. Mother Toe also leaves several grandchildren, Great grandchildren, and host of other family members. May her gentle soul rest in peace.
