The Corneh, Yarmah, Dukuly, and extended families profoundly regret to announce the departure of our beloved Bendu Y. Corneh. This ultimate calling of the Almighty took place on December 11, 2025 at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. She departed this World at the age of 70.
She is survived by her sons Mohammed Corneh, Hussein Corneh, Hassan Corneh, and Boima Corneh. In addition she left to mourn her sisters Musu Sandra, Josephine Sharpe-Cisco, and Susannah Bemah, grandchildren, and many friends and families members’ lives she impacted in her community in Brooklyn.
Disposition was carried out on December 19, 2025 at the Forest Green Park Cemetery 535 Texas Rd, Morganville, NJ, 07751. The burial was followed by the 3 day and 7 days prayer ceremonies according to the Islamic tradition.
To climax the home going of our loving mother, sister, aunty, grandmother, cousin, and friend, the Corneh, Yarmah, Dukuly, Sheriff, Kollie, Sonii, Kiadii, Kromah, Sherman, and extended families invite you for the 40th Day celebration of life for our beloved Bendu Y. Corneh.
