The Weah, Janafo, Hill, George and Caulcrick Families regret to announce with profound sorrow the homegoing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and relative, Mr. Hector Hinneh Weah, Sr., who peacefully departed this life on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the ELWA Hospital, following a protracted period of illness, at the blessed age of 82.
The family is seated and can be reached at the 72nd, Broad Street, Aladurah Road Family residence, pending the burial ceremonies.
He leaves to mourn his loss and to celebrate his remarkable legacy: his beloved wife, Mrs. Aurelia A. Hill-Weah of the United States of America; his children residing in the United States of America and Liberia; grandchildren of the United States of America, China and Liberia; siblings of the United States of America and Liberia; and a host of other relatives and dear friends at home and abroad.
Meeting:
The family wishes to inform the public that the second and final General Meeting will be held on Sunday, January 4th, 2026, at the deceased’s residence at 72nd; Broad Street, AladurahRoad. The meeting starts precisely at 3:00 PM.

Memorial Service at the African United Methodist Church, 15 South Broad Street,Trenton, New Jersey, United States of America at 12:00 noon, followed by a quiet hour at the home of the son of the Deceased, Mr. & Mrs. Hector H. Weah, Jr., at 13 Rossell Avenue, Trenton, New Jersey, USA.
Friday, January 9th, 2026:
All night wake–keeping: at the Weah’s Residence at 72nd Broad Street, Aladurah Road,beginning at 8:00 pm.
Saturday, January 10th, 2026:
Removal: at 8:30am from the Stryker A. Funeral Home
Wake-keeping: at the Calvary Baptist Church, 17th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia, Liberia at 9:30am
Funeral Service: at the Calvary Baptist Church, 17th Street, Sinkor, Monrovia,Montserrado
County, Liberia, at 10:30am.
Interment: at Shiata Flowers and Vaults, Careysburg, Montserrado County.
