With profound sadness, the Smith, Davies, Appleton, and Peah families mourn the passing of our beloved Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Uncle, Cousin and Friend, Mr. Isaac Dioh Wode Smith.
This sad event occurred on September 9, 2025 at the St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
Isaac Dioh Wode Smith “Papay” as he was affectionately called, was survived by his wife Ms. Annie Smith, his children and a host of relatives and friends.
