It is with profound sorrow to announce the death of Mr. D. Isaac Govego, Sr. This sad event occurred on 21st of March, 2025 at the Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in Darby, Pennsylvania, the United States of America (USA).

Celebration of life for the Late Mr. D. Isaac Govego is as follows:

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, there will be removal of the body from the EXODUS Funeral Chapel, Inc, 1001 North 63 Street, Philadelphia, PA 19151, USA. The memorial service for the late D. Isaac Govego will begin from 9:30 am- 11:00am at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church 1101 Main Street, Darby, PA 19023

The body will arrive in Liberia at the Roberts International Airport (RIA) on April 29, 2025 and will thereafter be deposited at the St. Moses Funeral Home on the Japanese Freeway, formerly Somalia Drive pending funeral arrangements in Liberia.

There will be one hour of quiet time at the St. Moses Funeral Home on Friday at 6:00 pm on May 9, 2025.

On Friday, May 9, 2025 beginning at 8:00pm. There will be a silent night wake keeping at the residence of the deceased in the Karduma community, dry rice market, Bardnersville.

Removal of the body from the St. Moses Funeral Home will take place on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 9:00 am and taken to the St. Anthony Padua parish, Somalia Drive, Gardernesville, Monrovia for wake keeping and funeral service.

Internment follows thereafter at the Karduma Community cemetery, Bardnersville, Dry Rice Market, Monrovia, Liberia

The late D. Isaac Govego leaves to mourn his children, several brothers, sisters, cousins, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, great grandchildren and a host of relatives and family members residing in Liberia, the United States of America, Europe, Australia and other parts of the world. He served as the last past President of the St. John Commandery of the St. Anthony of Padua Parish, Somalia Drive, Gardnersville.
