The Dyer/Campbell, Williams, and Gweh families regret to announce the untimely death of their son, father, and brother, Winston Alexander Campbell.
The son of the late Clyde W. Campbell Sr. and Elizabeth Nancy Campbell
Winston is survived by his mother, Elizabeth Nancy Campbell; son, Clyde Campbell III; daughter, Fatima Campbell; brother, Richard J.B. Campbell; sister, Pearl B. Campbell
Aunts: Fairy E. Neal, Theresa Campbell Hughes, Willimetta Zubah Williamson, and Tonia Campell-Stuart
Uncles: Floyd V. Campbell (Affuah), Randall Williams, and Sammy Gweh.
A host of other relatives and friends both in the US and Liberia
In the late ’70s, Winston embarked on a new chapter, moving from Brewerville, Liberia, to Atlanta, GA, laying the foundation for his family. There, he met his former wife and friend, Doris Campbell, marking a significant chapter in his life journey.

Winston, affectionately known as “Nukes,” was the apple of his mother’s eye. Loyalty, his greatest attribute, manifested in the bonds he forged through soccer, beer with friends, and the warmth of shared meals, especially his beloved “Cold Bowl.”
As the eldest of five children, Winston’s legacy transcends time and place. Born in Monrovia and raised in Brewerville, he carried the spirit of both locales throughout His life.
His lord said, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things. I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.'” (Matthew 25:21)
