2 Corinthians 5:8 To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
It is with profound sadness the Banks, Kemoh, Nylander, Barchue, Bioga, Draper, Johnson, Bee and Flomo families announce the home going of their daughter, sister, mother, grandma, aunt, niece, cousin and friend, Ms Nancy Maima Banks on June 21, 2024 at Memorial City Hospital, Houston Texas.
Nancy leaves to mourn her loss her daughters: Yassah Reed Bioga(John), Barbara Johnson Draper ( Michael), Nyama Bee Johnson (Benjamin), and Guladiah Bee. Son: Roland W Flomo Jr. Parents: Obediah C. Nylander and Laura J Kemoh. Her sisters: Yassah Bessie Davies, Jacqueline Sankawolo ( Roland), Salome Nylander Woart( Christian), Barbara G Kolison( George), Laurine W. Nylander, Ernestine Banks, Musu Banks, Naomi Womba, Alice Kemoh, Cecelia Kemoh, Frances Kemoh and Comfort Cooper. Brothers: Solomon C. Nylander ( Meg), Christopher W. Nylander ( Agnes), Anthony S. Nylander( Abigail), Ernest Banks and Marcus Myers.
Her grandchildren: Mikel Draper, Michelle Draper, Champ Bryan Bornor, Chanel Mable Bornor, Asher Micah Johnson, Amari Johnson, Avi Johnson and John Bioga
Aunts: Eliza Kemoh, Martha Johnson and Margaret Doles, and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charles Allen Banks and Eva Banks. Her sister Lillymae Banks and brother Anthony Kemoh.
Ms. Nancy was very friendly and caring. She will be deeply missed from the early morning phone calls she made to friends and family.
