The Johnson and Morwaker families announce with profound sadness the death of Mrs. Albertha Morwaker Johnson wife of the late Alfred N. Johnson of Johnson Hill Tappita Nimba County. This sad event occurred on December 1, 2022, at the JFD Memorial Hospital in Tappita, Nimba County.
Ma Albertha as she was affectionately called leaves to mourn the loss of her children Mrs. Maryann Johnson Tucker, Ms. Mabel Johnson, Ms. Elfreda Johnson, Mrs. Albertha Johnson Sulonteh, Mr. Arthur and Agatha Johnson, Ms. Evelyn Antee Johnson, Mr. Ernest, and Jean Johnson.
Her grandchildren: Ms. Banti Brownell, Mr. Gonkarnue Thomas, Ms. Tarlo Yuan, Mrs. Jebbeh Marie Fraser, Mr. Momolu Givens, Mr. Zachary Gbor, Mr. Ernest Johnson jr, Ms. Diamond Johnson, Ms. Alanna Taswell, Mr. Arthur Takar Johnson Jr., Ms. Sameri Snorton, Ms.Albertha Tuku Johnson, Mr. Stanley Dorcus, Ms. Piso Rogers, Ms. Promise Johnson, and Ms. Rachel Johnson.
Her great-grandchildren: are Mr. Malik Thomas, Mr. Nathaniel Fourschner, Ms.Anissa Nur Yuan, and Mr. Elias Johnson.
She was pre-deceased by her children Ms. Marie Johnson, Mr. Alfred N. Johnson Jr., and Ms. Arwonda Norman.
She also leaves behind sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives.
The wake will be held on Friday, January 27, 2023, at Providence Baptist Church of Tappita, Nimba County at 6 PM.
The funeral service will be held at Providence on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at 9 AM.
The repass will be announced at the service.
