
The Railey, Thomas, Clarke, Hansford, and Kabia families regret to announce the death of their brother, husband, and father, Mr. Richelieu E. Railey Sr. in his 70th year.
This sad event occurred on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025, at the SOS Hospital in Monrovia following a period of illness.
He’s survived by his wife Mrs. Mentor K. Railey; his children: Austin Railey, Melvin Railey,Richelieu Railey Jr., Rose Railey, Eva-Mai Railey, Yei-Gurcy Railey, Prince Gorwor, Candy Lehkaryan and Naomi Dumbar, His brothers: Murry Railey, Frederick E. Barky, his sisters Olivia Railey, Miatta M. Benson and Clarice B. Dickerson (of the United States and Liberia respectively), several cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends in and out of Liberia.
This announcement was brought in by his wife, Mrs. Mentor K. Railey, brothers Murray J. Railey , J.Wilbert Thomas and daughter Yei-Gurcy Railey for and un-behalf of the family.
