It is with profound sadness that the Gongar, George, and Richards families announce the passing of their beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, and cousin, Mr. E. Othello Gongar on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at the MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, in Baltimore, MD. His departure leaves a void that can only be filled by the memories of his warmth, kindness, and generosity.
He leaves to mourn his loss his wife, Safu A. Gongar, daughters Delsena (daughter Daliyah) and Dekontee (daughter Eden), his son, Weryonwon (Genevieve), sisters, Mrs. Victoria Taylor (Winston), Amelia Dennis, Roseline Wiapla(Francis), Helena Dickson (Eddie), Tupee Currens (Henry), Regina Kollie (Lorenzo), Mercy Nebo, and brothers, Dr. Toga Gayewea Mcintosh (Clara), Alexander Kojo Gongar, and Ernest Domah Gongar, a host of close cousins who were also his sisters and brothers.
