It is with deep sadness that we the Oberly, Glover, Johnson and the Dedier families regret to announce the untimely death of our beloved son, husband, father, brother, uncle, nephew, in-law, and dear friend, Mr Chauncey Bayarculus Johnson, Esquire, Chemical Engineer, and Educator; who died on June 9, 2023 in the USA.
The late Papee, as he was affectionately called, was a person who possessed a deep sense of passion for for his family and others, and was always willing to help anyone in whatever way he could. The deceased was a successful Lawyer, Entrepreneur, and Educator in the Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia area.
The Late Mr Johnson leaves to mourn his Mother: Ma Dedeh Oberly Glover, Mr. Emmanuel Arthur Glover Step father of the deceased, his wife: Mrs Andrea Dedier Johnson, his children: Chauncey Bayarculus Johnson, Jr (son) and Claressa Elizabeth Johnson (daugther). His sisters: Arthea Sierian Glover, Veronica J. Saydee, Charlesetta Johnson, Normor J. Clarke, Tomah Johnson, Watchen J. Babalola, Towon Johnson, Yeatee J Mathis, Mardea J. Aklamanu. His brothers: Aloysius Emmanuel Glover, Simeon D Glover, and Charles G Johnson. His Uncle: Frank C S Oberly, Jr, his nephew: Rev. Gabriel Johnson III, his nieces, nephews, in-laws, and host of other relatives, and numerous beloved friends throughout the United States, Canada,Trinidad, Ghana, and Liberia, etc.
