With sorrow, pain, and grief in our hearts, but with thanksgiving to God for a life well lived, the Henri, Parker, King, Cheeks, and Diggs families announce the home going of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend, in his 82^nd year, Mr. Daniel Christopher Henri Sr. This sad event occurred at the Government Hospital in Lower Buchanan, Grand Bassa County, Liberia on October 21, 2022, after a brief illness.

Mr. Daniel C. Henri, Sr., leaves to cherish his loving memories, his wife, Ellen J. King Henri; his only living sister Nyonmomwreh Parker Seiah; his children, Daniel R. Henri Jr. (Foudiya), John R. Henri, Lynnette Henri Mends-cole, Eugene Cheeks (Roselyn), Christine H. Carty (Roy), Sylvia H. Wonasue (Alex), Collinette King-Bright, Benetta Peters’ Joan and Charles; (7) Grandchildren and (3) great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and host of other relatives and friends in Liberia, the United States, and other parts of the world.

Mr. Henri was predeceased by his parents Mbahwhru and Yoe Parker, four sisters and brothers, and a former spouse, Sylvia Cheeks.

He will be deeply missed by all.
