The Sherman, Worboh, Broh, Montgomery, and Pelham families, with profound sadness announce the passing of Cecelia Kofa Sherman transitioned into eternal life on Wednesday, April 7, 2021. This sad event occurred in Trenton, NJ (USA).
Cecelia was born on October 3rd, 1956, in Monrovia, Montserrado County, Liberia. Cecelia was the daughter of Mr. James D. Sherman and Ma. Weahdee Worboh, both of whom predeceased her. Her siblings, Alphonso D. Sherman, Othello Wleh Sherman and Emmanuel Montgomery predeceased her and James T. Sherman who passed on April 13, 2021 in Liberia.
She is survived by her siblings, Ellen W. Sherman, Georgia Nanah Sherman, Sarah Sherman-Garwo, J. Benedict Wreh (Mildred), J. Michael Wreh (Lydia) and Dr. Lawrence M. Sherman (Roseline), nieces, Mrs. Elizabeth S.B. Pelham, Ms. Felecia Montgomery and Ms. Philomena Montgomery, cousins Mr. Lemuel B. Sheman (Siata), Mr. Joseph Kayfoain (Elizabeth), nephews, uncles, aunts, in-laws, and many other well cherished relatives.
Cecelia lived her life with an unwavering faith in God and commitment to Christianity.
